In 2023, the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute published a collection of the papers and statements delivered at the International Conference “Combating Antisemitism and Preserving Jewish Heritage,” held in Sofia on 31 October 2022. The publication and the conference were implemented within the framework of Project No. DFPO-1.004-0001, entitled “Strategic Cooperation between Bulgaria and Norway in Support of Bulgaria’s International Commitments to Combat Antisemitism and Preserve Jewish Heritage.” The project was funded through the Fund for Bilateral Relations under the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria was the project beneficiary, while the project partners were the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute under the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the State Institute for Culture under the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Norwegian Center for Holocaust and Minority Studies.
