To support its training and project activities, the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute prepares and publishes specialised handbooks and training materials that reinforce the practical application and long-term impact of its training programmes and seminars and are intended for their participants.
The topics covered include public diplomacy, digital diplomacy and strategic communications, diplomatic protocol and etiquette, communication and presentation skills, diplomacy and the environment, security and defence, as well as topics related to the European Union, including the EU Accession Communication Strategy, the rotating Presidency of the Council of the EU, the EU legal system, and others.
